ADDING TEXT

- Really wanted to make my own font using Calligraphr.com

- Thought it would add a finishing touch of hand-made-ness while still being professionally printed and consistent

- Liked the idea of it from Mackesy's book

Template filled in for first attempt

- First font was unbalanced

- Capitals looked alright, lowercase too small to comfortably read alongside the rest

- Did like the storybook look of it

Template filled in for second attempt

- Did like the bigger font but something felt off

- Lecturers suggested it was too clunky for such a delicate piece

- Suggested Garamond/other serif font

- Tried Garamond

- Significantly lighter

- Actual piece must be considered when choosing font

INDESIGN

- I didn't take any pictures

- sorry

- InDesign is hard to understand and I was in The Zone
